I already have a website. Would Alvéya still help me?

Yes. Many practitioners join Alvéya even if they already have a website. The platform goes far beyond website design and includes tools to help you grow and nurture your audience online.

This includes features such as email marketing, automation, landing pages, quizzes, webinar funnels, surveys, and email nurture sequences. These tools are designed to help natural and allied health practitioners attract new clients, build trust with their audience, and guide people through a clear client journey.

You can choose to rebuild your website inside Alvéya to bring everything into one place, or simply use these audience growth features alongside your existing website.

What kind of support does Alvéya provide?

Alvéya support focuses on helping you use the platform itself. This includes technical assistance with things like setting up pages, forms, automations, integrations, templates, and troubleshooting features.

To support you beyond individual support requests, we have also created a growing library of written help articles as well as an online learning hub inside the Alvéya Playbooks. These lessons combine step-by-step articles and video walkthroughs that guide you through complete workflows so you can learn how to achieve your goal inside the platform, not just find a single help article.

Because every practitioner’s business, audience, and marketing approach is different, support does not include advice on marketing strategy, advertising campaigns, audience targeting, copywriting, or business decisions.

Does Alvéya replace my practice management system?

No. Alvéya is not designed to replace clinical practice management software.

We recommend continuing to use your existing clinical system for patient notes, health records, and clinical compliance. Alvéya focuses on the business and marketing side of your practice, such as your website, lead generation, email marketing, online programs, communities, and automated client journeys.

Do I still need Canva or ChatGPT?

You can still use them if you wish.

Many practitioners continue using Canva for graphic design and ChatGPT for content ideas or writing support. Alvéya focuses on bringing together the core systems that run your business online, rather than replacing every creative tool you might use.

Do I still need to pay for my domain hosting?

Yes. Your domain name is purchased and managed through a domain provider such as GoDaddy, Crazy Domains, or another registrar. This remains under your ownership and control.

Your Alvéya subscription includes website hosting for the pages you build inside the platform, but the domain itself must still be maintained through your domain provider.

Does Alvéya include email hosting?

No. Email hosting is managed separately through your email provider, such as Google Workspace or Microsoft.

If you already have a professional email address connected to your domain (for example [email protected]), it will continue to be hosted through your existing email provider.

Alvéya connects to your email so you can send campaigns, automations, and notifications from your domain-based email address, but it does not replace your email inbox or email hosting service.

What tools does Alvéya replace?

Many practitioners start building their online presence by adding tools one at a time. Over time this often leads to paying for several separate platforms such as a website builder, email marketing system, course platform, video hosting for course materials, landing page builders, and automation tools.

Audience growth tools such as quizzes, lead magnets, and funnels are often the most effective ways to grow an email list and connect with potential clients. However, these can be difficult to set up and integrate across multiple platforms, which means many practitioners never fully implement them.

As a result, practitioners are often left with a website that may include a sales page and a course, but limited systems to consistently grow their audience or nurture potential clients.

Alvéya brings these pieces together into one connected platform. It includes website design, landing pages, email marketing, course delivery, automation, and audience growth tools such as quizzes, surveys, and webinar funnels. This makes it much easier to create a complete client journey, from discovering your work to becoming a client or student.

Can I move my existing email list into Alvéya?

Yes. You can import your existing email subscribers into Alvéya.

Most practitioners move their contacts over from platforms such as Mailchimp, ConvertKit, ActiveCampaign, or other email marketing systems. This is typically done by exporting your contacts from your current platform and importing them into Alvéya using a CSV file.

Once your contacts are inside the platform, you can organise them using tags and lists, then begin sending email campaigns, nurture sequences, and automated communications.

It is important that any contacts you import have previously given permission to receive emails from you, so your communications remain compliant with email marketing regulations and best practices.

Alvéya is new. How do I know it’s reliable?

Alvéya is built on top of GoHighLevel, a well established marketing platform that has been used by agencies and businesses worldwide for several years.

Why would I choose Alvéya over something like Squarespace?

Platforms like Squarespace are excellent website builders. However, they are primarily focused on websites.

Alvéya was designed specifically for practitioners who want more than a website. It brings together websites, funnels, email marketing, online programs, memberships, communities, and automation in one system.

Instead of connecting multiple platforms together, everything works inside one environment designed to support the growth of a health practice.

I’m not very tech savvy. Can you help with setup?

Yes. Many practitioners using Alvéya are not naturally technical.

We provide onboarding resources, walkthrough guides inside Alvéya Playbooks, and support to help you get started. For those who would prefer help setting things up, we also offer optional done-for-you add on services.

What if I don’t like the website templates available?

The templates are simply starting points.

Every template inside Alvéya is fully customisable. You can change colours, fonts, layouts, images, and copy to suit your brand and practice.

If you would prefer something more personalised, you can also have a custom website designed inside the platform.

What happens if I want to leave the platform in the future?

You are always in control of your core business assets.

Your domain name remains registered with your own domain provider, and any content you create inside the platform such as your website copy, images, courses, and email lists belong to you.

The templates, design frameworks, and platform systems remain the intellectual property of Alvéya. These are licensed for use while your account is active, similar to how most website platforms operate.

If you ever choose to move to another platform, your domain and the content you have created remain yours to take with you.

I already have several tools set up. Is it difficult to move everything across?

In most cases the transition is simpler than practitioners expect.

Contacts and email lists can be imported, domains can be connected, and many practitioners gradually move parts of their business across rather than changing everything at once. For example, some practitioners start with their website and email marketing, then later add funnels, courses, automations, or audience growth tools.

Because Alvéya is its own platform, certain assets such as websites, funnels, quizzes, and course portals will need to be rebuilt inside the system rather than directly transferred. The templates available in the platform make this process significantly faster than starting from scratch.

For practitioners who would prefer support, we also have a team available to assist with rebuilding and setting up these assets as an optional add on service. This allows you to transition into the platform with far less time and technical effort.

How quickly could I realistically get something live?

Most practitioners can have a working website or funnel live within a few days once their domain is connected and content is ready.

The templates inside Alvéya are designed specifically for health practitioners, which means the structure, layout, and messaging strategy are already in place. Instead of starting from a blank page, you simply customise the images, colours, and copywriting to reflect your practice.

For practitioners who would prefer support, optional setup and customisation services are also available.

Do I need technical skills to build a website in Alvéya™?

No. Alvéya™ is designed for practitioners, not developers. You can build and update your website using drag-and-drop tools and practitioner-ready templates without technical knowledge.

Can I start with a template and customise it myself?

Yes. You can choose a website template inside Alvéya™ and customise colours, layouts, images, and content as your practice evolves.

Is SEO included with Alvéya™ websites?

Alvéya™ supports technical on-site SEO, including meta titles, descriptions, image alt text, and heading structure. These foundations are most effective when paired with clear, well-written copy and relevant keywords on your website.

Can someone build my website for me?

Yes. Alvéya™ offers a done-for-you website setup service. You choose a website template from inside Alvéya™, then our team customises it using the branding, photos, and website copy you provide.

Do you write the website copy as part of the setup?

No. Website copy is supplied by you. We build and structure the website using your provided content so it aligns with your brand and chosen template.

Will my website connect to bookings and email marketing?

Yes. Your website is fully integrated with Alvéya™ bookings, forms, email marketing, programs, and client portals, so everything works together seamlessly.

You can also link in your clinic management system using a URL link on a "Book Now" button or a HTML code if you want to integrate the booking calendar on a website page.

Check with your clinic managmenent system provider for what they support.

What if I need more pages than what is available in a template

You can easily clone a current page from your website template to create additional pages. Just add them to the navigation bar menu too following our help guides.

What is the difference between a website and a funnel?

A website is designed to support discovery and trust. It gives visitors an overview of who you are, what you offer, and how to work with you. People can move freely between pages such as your services, about page, bookings, and resources.

A funnel is designed to guide someone through a specific journey with a clear goal. This might be booking an appointment, joining your email list, or enrolling in a program. Funnels follow a structured, step-by-step flow rather than open navigation.

Inside Alvéya™, funnels offer additional functionality beyond a standard website page. This includes detailed analytics, conversion tracking, A B split testing, and the ability to create multiple funnel steps that guide someone from interest to action.

In simple terms, your website builds connection and credibility, while funnels create focused pathways that support clearer decision-making and measurable results.

What if I already have a website built somewhere else?

You do not need to rebuild your website to use Alvéya.

Alvéya is designed to work alongside your existing website, whether it is built on WordPress, Squarespace, Showit or another platform.

Here is how it works:

Your website remains your public home. It can continue to host your pages, blog and SEO content.

Alvéya handles the systems behind the scenes, including:

- CRM and contact management

- Email marketing and automation

- Funnels and landing pages

- Calendars and bookings

- Payments and memberships

You simply link from your website menu navigation or a button to your Alvéya funnels using a branded subdomain such as:

- offers.yourdomain.com
- book.yourdomain.com

From a visitor’s perspective, it feels seamless.

Many practitioners use their website for visibility and SEO, and Alvéya for automation and conversion. You can migrate your full website into Alvéya later if you choose, but it is not required and you'll still be saving a lot of money, time and headaches by having everything else intesgrated

Email Marketing FAQs

What happens if I send more than 10,000 emails in a month?

Most practitioners find 10,000 emails (covered by your included $10 USD monthly credit) is plenty. However, if your list grows and you need to send more, you simply pay for what you use at a tiny fraction of the cost of traditional platforms—all without being forced into a higher, more expensive monthly subscription tier.

Can I move my list from Mailchimp or ConvertKit?

Yes. You can easily export your contacts as a CSV and upload them into Alvéya™ in minutes. We also provide guides on how to "warm up" your new sending domain to ensure your emails land in the inbox, not the junk folder.

Do I need a separate tool for SMS?

No. Two-way SMS is built directly into the Alvéya™ dashboard. You can send and receive texts from the same place you manage your emails, keeping all your client communication in one tidy thread.

Does this replace my newsletter tool?

Yes. Alvéya™ replaces tools like Mailchimp, Mailerlite, ActiveCampaign, and Constant Contact.

You can send beautiful weekly newsletters, one-off announcements, or automated drips all from one place.

Course FAQs

Can I move my course from another platform like Kajabi?

Yes. Whether you’re on Kajabi, Teachable, or Thinkific, you can migrate your content into Alvéya™. We provide step-by-step guides to help you move your videos and lessons into your new branded portal.

Can I offer "Buy Now, Pay Later" or payment plans?

Absolutely. Alvéya™ integrates with Stripe and PayPal, allowing you to offer flexible payment plans, subscriptions, or one-off payments for your programs.

Is my content secure?

Yes. Your course portal is password-protected. Only students who have purchased or been granted access to a specific "offer" can view your intellectual property.

Do I need a separate host for my videos?

No. Video hosting is included (up to 4gb per video) in your Alvéya™ subscription. This alone saves most practitioners $20–$50 USD per month compared to other platforms.

I already have my website somewhere else. Can I still host my courses inside Alvéya?

Yes, absolutely.

You do not need to move your website to host your courses inside Alvéya.

Many practitioners keep their main website on platforms like WordPress or Squarespace and use Alvéya specifically for course delivery, memberships, and client access.

Here’s how it works:

Your public website remains your home base for information, SEO and brand presence.

Your courses live inside Alvéya, where you can:

Do I have to build my funnels from scratch?

Definitely not. We know you’re busy running a practice. That’s why Alvéya™ comes pre-loaded with "Strategic Blueprints." These are pre-made funnels tailored to common health industry needs (like launching a course or offering a lead magnet). You just need to swap in your details and you're ready to go.

Will this replace my clinical software?

No. Alvéya™ is your "Pre-Clinical" engine. It handles the marketing, education, and lead generation that happens before a patient enters your clinical file. Keep your clinical software for patient notes and billing; use Alvéya™ to grow your community.

Do I need to be "techy" to build a funnel?

Not at all. We’ve designed Alvéya™ with the "tech-averse" practitioner in mind. We provide the templates, the video tutorials, and our Australian-based support team is available 24/7 if you get stuck.

Can I use my own domain name?

Yes! You can connect unlimited custom domains to your Alvéya™ funnels so your brand always looks professional and polished.

Is there a limit to how many leads I can collect?

No. We offer unlimited contacts. Whether you have 50 or 50,000 people on your list, your price stays the same.

What if I already have a website on Squarespace or WordPress?

You can keep your main website where it is and use Alvéya™ specifically for your high-performance funnels and landing pages. They can live on a subdomain (like "www.webinar.yourdomain.com") and work alongside your current site perfectly.

Is the support really Australian-based?

Yes. While the technology is world-class, the heart of Alvéya™ is right here. You’ll have access to local support who understands the Australian and NZ health industry landscape.

Shop FAQs

Can I sell products through Alvéya if my website is hosted somewhere else?

Yes. Your online shop can run inside Alvéya even if your main website is built on another platform such as Squarespace, WordPress, Wix or Shopify.

Most practitioners simply add a button or menu link on their existing website that sends visitors to their Alvéya shop page. This is done using a subdomain

For example:

www.shop.yourdomain.com/products

Alvéya then manages the checkout, payments, customer records and order automation.

Can I sell practitioner-only products through Alvéya?

You can list and sell practitioner products through the Alvéya shop, however Alvéya does not currently include a built-in feature to lock products or restrict visibility based on practitioner status.

This means products cannot be automatically hidden from the public or limited only to approved practitioners within the shop itself.

What can I sell using the Alvéya shop?

The shop feature allows you to sell both physical and digital products.

Examples include:

• General supplements
• Health programs or protocols
• Recipe books or guides
• Digital downloads
• Online workshops
• Recorded masterclasses
• Event tickets
• Wellness products

Everything is connected to your CRM, so every purchase automatically creates or updates the customer record.

Alvéya is not built first fo e-comm though so if your primary business in product based then another platform may be more suitable.

What payment methods can I accept?

Can I sell internationally?

Alvéya focuses on the digital growth and client experience side of your practice, including your website, landing pages, email marketing, courses, memberships, client portals, and automation.

Most practitioners simply connect their existing clinic booking system to their website using a booking link or an embedded booking calendar. This allows clients to book appointments through your clinic software while Alvéya supports your marketing, audience growth, and digital programs.

This approach allows each platform to do what it does best while still creating a smooth experience for your clients.

Can I integrate Cliniko with my Alvéya website?

Yes. Cliniko can be connected to your Alvéya website so clients can book appointments through your Cliniko booking system.

The most common and user friendly method is to embedded booking widget, which can be added to a page on your website using HTML if you prefer the booking calendar to appear directly on your site.

Cliniko also provides an add your Cliniko booking link to a button on your website which directs visitors to your Cliniko booking page.

Can I integrate SimpleClinic with my Alvéya website?

Yes. SimpleClinic can be connected to your Alvéya website so clients can continue booking appointments through your existing clinic management system.

You will be able to add your SimpleClinic booking link to a button on your website so visitors can click through and book directly within SimpleClinic.

Simple clinic does not have an embedded booking option

Can I integrate Halaxy with my Alvéya website?

Yes. Halaxy can be connected to your Alvéya website so clients can book appointments through your Halaxy booking system.

Can I integrate Practice Better with my Alvéya website?

Yes. Practice Better can easily be connected to your Alvéya website.

Most practitioners add their Practice Better booking link to a call-to-action button on their website so visitors can book directly through their Practice Better portal.

Practice Better also offers embedded booking widget options, which add s a button but not the calendar to the page. This can be added into a page using HTML so the booking form appears directly on your website however for brand consistency we recommend using an Alvéya button.

Can I integrate HealthBank with my Alvéya website?

Yes. HealthBank can be integrated with your Alvéya website so clients can access your HealthBank booking system.

Typically this is done by adding a button on your website that links to your HealthBank booking page, allowing clients to book appointments within the HealthBank platform.

HealthBank does not have an embedded booking option

Can I integrate MyAppointments with my Alvéya website?

es. MyAppointments can be connected to your Alvéya website so clients can continue booking through your existing appointment system.

In most cases, this is done by adding your MyAppointments booking link to a button on your website which directs visitors to your booking page.
